How much do garden studios cost?
Our bespoke garden studios start from £13,685 +VAT for a standard studio which includes foundations, electrics, flooring, windows, doors, and more. Visit our Prices page for details.
How long does it take to install?
Once we have visited for a survey and you have decided on your dream studio, our builders can have your studio completed in as little as three weeks.
Can you design a custom shape garden room?
Yes! Our studios are completely bespoke, and we always make sure to use the most of the space you have. If that means building a wall at an angle to meet a boundary, we can do that. Take a look at this project for example!
Do you need planning permission for a garden building?
Typically, outbuildings are considered to be permitted development, provided all conditions are met. You can read our useful guide here which will help you understand where you need planning permission or not.
Can you help with the landscaping around my new studio?
Of course! If you choose a new garden building with us, we will also help design and create a lovely landscaped area around your new studio. Whether you want to add decking that matches your stuido, or a pathway that leads to the door, we can do that.
Are bathrooms and kitchens an option?
If you would like to install a toilet, bathroom, or kitchen into your new studio, we can do that. A selection of our previous projects have featured small bathrooms and kitchen areas, and these studios make for perfect garden annexes.
